Professionalism

Be a professional and honor all contests that have been accepted in S3 (Sports Scheduling System).  If you can't honor a contract I expect a phone call at 815.332.7179.  Do not have someone showing up for you without me knowing about it.  If someone shows up for you without my knowledge you will not work anymore contests.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game time.  I've instructed game administrators to let me know if officials are showing up just at game time.  If there are games after you are done please wait for the next set of officials to arrive.

Know the Art Sadtler rules.  Rules will be posted on the main Art Sadtler website at www.ArtSadtler.com.  I have a page that explains the difference between High School and Art Sadtler rules here.

Pay

Game pay is $30 per game.  You will not be paid at the game site.  Checks will be made out to officials early the next week (using S3 as a source) and mailed to each official.  Please enter your mailing address here.

Scheduling

Scheduling of officials will be done with Sport Scheduling System.  Most officials are already members of S3.  If you are not a member of S3 you will need to sign up for a membership.  If you only use S3 to get Art Sadtler games then the league will pay for your S3 dues.  Please let me know when you sign up if you want Art Sadtler to pay your dues.

Most all of the games are on Saturdays starting with the second Saturday in January through March (the regular season is about nine weeks).

Game Day

If you have any problems at the game site work with the game administrator to solve your problems.   If you do have problems on game day or suggestions, please send me an email or give me a phone call.
